Logic pro x vs pro tools2/13/2023 ![]() ![]() It's used a lot in the composer world, post production for tv/film(Neundo more so for this one but they're almost the same), and for music obviously. I also like editing audio and midi more in Cubase. They've incorporated features long before the others, like comping(which Logic stole and the PT stole from Logic), It's own version of Melodyne built in(3 or 4 years before Logic did it), Unlimited track count(which Logic and PT still don't do). There are good and bad things about all of them.Ĭubase: just makes the most sense to me and is more intuitive as a whole. They're all just designed a little differently and will make more or less sense to you. Here's the deal though, they all do the same things and if you're good at what you do, then you can get professional results out of all of them. I know Cubase, Logic, and PT and i can tell you that I prefer Cubase over all of them. ![]()
